While serving in previous roles as Director of Probation Services, Chief of Staff, and Court Administrator, Adolphus brings 20+ years of leadership in the criminal justice arena.
Affiliated with multiple justice organizations, boards, and committees, his academic credentials include a B.A. in Sociology from Morehouse College and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. Adolphus is committed to enhancing system efficiency and upholding national, state, and local best practice standards.
He champions evidence-based principles of maximizing positive community impact by promoting the establishment of governmental partnerships with community-based organizations. Beyond his profession, Adolphus shines as a dedicated husband and proud father of four.
